On this post I will not do some ratings, but with only 2 concepts to critiques I decide to try an head to head match-up system, 3 rounds, I'll be focusing on 3 things, Jersey Design, Equipment, and Numbers, and NOB. I giving this a shot, so let's get going.
HC Mountfield ELH Czech concept [by Jake88]
VS.
Detroit Red Wings concept [by Matthew M.]
You see these concepts so how they match up.
Round 1: Jerseys Design
Jake88: Using the the old NHL All-Stars template is almost well pulled off on the dark, but the white I felt like the white, red piping should be switch.
Matthew: The Wings are indeed an untouchable team to change, but this was pulled off nicely, not over the top, and match very well. But the only down is the arm stripes doesn't match the hem.
Overall: Tough call on this one, both had one thing miss the mark, but in the end the Red Wings concept takes round 1.
Winner: Matthew M.
Round 2: Equipment
Jake88:
The socks matches the hem stripes nicely done. Just blue helmets on
both jerseys are O.K. The pants maybe red, but without the stripes on
the side it would be too plain to fit the jerseys.
Matthew: The socks, the pants, and the helmets are the same as the Red Wings current set.
Overall: The Wings equipment is the same, but Mountfield has creativity to their equipment.
Winner: Jake88
Round 3: Numbers, and NOB
Jake88: Rounded font fit this concept good, no errors from that.
Matthew: Classy and good, the arc nameplate is same but O.K. TV numbers place on the the stripes is clever well placed.
Overall: Both numbers and nameplate are equal in their own bragging rights, but this one's a tough call, but Matthew's concept take this one.
Winner: Matthew M.

I liked the way you had the jerseys match up, but you were comparing a Europe jersey to a NHL jersey. Apples to Oranges. If you do it again I would suggest comparing two concepts from the same league, or just do the normal reviews.
